Staff, breakfast.

Major road work blocked entrance.

The location and it was convenient for me.

For the price of the rooms the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. In one room the window and air conditioner was filled with live flies the room was dusty and there was hair in the floor which for $--- a night it should have been spotless

I was charged for 2 nights when I only stayed one night. It was noisy and uncomfortable. I didnt get much rest. The front desk person was rude and wouldnt give me a receipt when I asked to check out. UNacceptable on every level.

Nothing at all!! It was terrible and dirty and roach infested:

It was roach infested, upon walking in I saw 5 roaches. Sheets and towels were stained. I walked right out and checked out. Let staff know and they would not refund my money!

I was able to get a room.with short notice.

There was only hand soap, 2 bottles of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner available in the room. The room could have been cleaner.

The hotel was dirty the bathroom was filthy, bath tub was not cleaned and neither was the toilet. The comforters on the beds are stained as well as the furniture in the room. The ironing board was broke and did not stand.

Cleanliness and area was ok walking distance to food etc and stuff

Need a way to walk inside to building instead of outside and could been a separate breakfast area and not in lobby where front desk is,.so areas of hotel need be upgraded

Location and newly remodeled

No Continental breakfast No fitness room

Clean bed. New furnishings. New lobby area.

Dirty towels. Renovations were done cheap and sloppy.

I liked the beds.

The staff accused me of not paying for my room at check in despite having my receipt and confirmation number in front of them. In the morning they refused to give us breakfast. Horrible staff. Do not recommend

Clerk was friendly. Coffee sitting in pot for days, had to ask for bowls for cereal and napkins. What little left of milk was warm & smelled bad. Room dirty. Doors do not shut without slamming and folks lodging asking for $. Never again!

The guy working maintenance. Nice guy.

Room was gross. Floor sticky. Had to put up toilet seat to close bathroom door and seat obviously hasn't been cleaned. Toilet seat fell off. In closet old bag of something that hadn't been removed in MANY weeks at least. It was absolutely gross, we left.

The air conditioner kept me comfortable. The bathroom and had a large amount of towels both bath and hand. TV and wifi was excellent

The side my room was on was noisy due to being close to the highway. I heard loud cars and trucks all night.

The staff were very rude. The room was dirty. The towels had a lot of stains. Blood in the bathroom. Bugs in the floor. Beds and pillows were very dirty. Refrigerator is not working with a lot of ice.

Nest thing was the price and that was it.

They never came in to clean our room. They wanted us to reuse our towels. Uh I think not. We had to get new towels everyday. The pool was closed. Breakfast was just cereal and toast. Worst hotel stay ever.

The location to restaurants was good

The staff/owners were rude.The room had bugs and the carpet and chair was dirty.The air conditioner was not working.The breakfast cereal was stale.when I asked to cancel my second night the lady was rude and said I can leave.i was unable to get a refund

The visuals provided were nothing like what it actually looked like. The bathroom was dirty and had someone else's soap left in it. I asked for extra towels and they were stained so I ended up not even using it. Pretty sure there were bed bugs.

Pool closed, charged extra for my 2 children, soda and ice machine did not work

Hotel could’ve been cleaner, especially in the bathroom. Room appear to be dated could be updated.

The staff was incredible. They treated me like royalty from the time I got there, till the time I checked out.
